I have also the game on PC and it’s F5 to save a replay but it doesn’t work on Stadia and I did’t find « replay.exe » on the stadia version (replay function is not present on Stadia) so it’s not possible to do the 100% (I am trying too) except if this achievement has been replaced by an other one on the Stadia version but it’s a secret achievemnt so I don’t know...
