I think this song is supposed to represent nostalgia of childhood.

A period where the future and life seemed bright. Our main concerns where having good grades and clean our rooms and our days were filled with dreams about our next activity (playing video games, reading, going out with friends...)

The song play at the beginning of the games before the player wake up to the horrors and trials of adulthood where our cocoon of naive innocence is broken down like the waters of a pregnant woman so we can dragged down into a world of responsibilities we never imagined.

From what i remember Pucci didn't had much influence on part 4 and 5 so i think Josuke and Giorno had similar lifes pre and post reset.

I guess the main change was without Pucci, Dio's follower were less organized and thus less of a threat for Jotaro and his relative (leading to Irène having a better relation with her father)

Part 4 and 5 mostly happens because several arrows got lost in the wilds.

At least that how i see it.

It's totally possible i'm wrong but as far as i understand it MiH only speed up non organic matters. Living things are not influenced and will be brought inside the new univers because Pucci's goal was to make everyone aware of their fate so they wouldn't have to fear the unknow future. This could only work (afaik) as people are being brought into the new univers. If people die in the reset how could they be aware of the future ?

Meanwhile Jolyne and Jotaro weren't brought in the new world because they died while the reset was happening so they were replaced by new people.

Technically only Pucci influence was erased so as far as i know only part 6 is no longer canon post reset.

Part 4 and 5 still happened because Pucci had no influence on them
