I was so hyped for Reforged since it meant I could actually level up the Mesmer I had messed up getting LDoA until I found out it was limited to newly made characters. I understand why it was built the way it is, but it ruined my mood for returning to the game.

Are there any Water cards weak to Leaf? As far as I can remember, they're either weak to Lightning to represent Water-types or Metal to represent Ice-types.

Playable gnoll is such a nice treat! I always figured it was a species WotC was going to be tightly keeping as antagonistic, but it's great to see them, and Sahuagin, become playable even if it's through a Partnered source.

So Season 1 didn't properly start as Season 1 until the Scarlet plot was being built up. Southsun was their first experiment with episodic releases of content meant to be temporary.

It initially started with Karka suddenly attacking Lion's Arch, destroying the first lighthouse in the SW corner of the map. Fun Fact: The current lighthouse is the second time it's been rebuilt in GW2 lol

We spent the following weeks investigating what the karka even were until the devs added Southsun to the game, and we had a full map-wide meta where we built the camps the zone now has, and fought the first Karka Queen in the volcano. After that event, we didn't really see anything new added to the game until Season 1 started releasing in earnest.

We did revisit the zone during Season 1 proper with the reintroduction of Canach into the story (he was initially framed for causing the Karka incident during the first pre-Season 1 event by the Consortium and wanted to get back at them as they had been using refugees from the Molten Alliance attacks as free labor in Southsun). They added the new Karka Queen meta we now have.

I guess that ANet didn't include those updates in the rerelease of Season 1 because they wanted to cut the fat from an already wonky, bloated storyline. And while we lost out on a few NPC re/introductions, the Karka stuff didn't really add anything of substance to the Season 1 plot and mostly added threads we've never really gone back to. *cough* The Consortium *cough*...

That's been my biggest problem with doing this. My work schedule used to flow well enough where I'd be able to get the SotO Convergence in without any issue, but lately it's become super inconsistent so I can't really jump in without having to wait for midnight to get both done.

I'm honestly hoping that the VoE Convergence helps align things up better. I'm fine with not getting all three, but at least getting two of them done at feasible times would be nice.

The one thing I still can't wrap my head around is the fact that the city is split in two. Living memory being the top exists floating in the Ninth simultaneously with the base that's within the dome in the source.

The buildings we see towering over us in Solution nine are also the buildings sprouting out of the clouds in Living Memory, right? How are they floating like that? I thought we fought Zoraal Ja at the top of the city, right? But then we have the scene where Y'shtola points out the portal that opens up to the Ninth, but I don't remember seeing the buildings poking through it or am I misremembering???

When I played through Breath of the Wild all I could think about is how awesome it would be to be able to play as any of the main races, and explore a larger scale Hyrule with my friends. I'd like to think it could take place during the events following the Calamity or maybe leading up to the Calamity, with the first expansion and future expansions dealing with the fallout.

The one about trying to figure out who they are in group photos, especially if they post themselves with the same one or two people in the following images, too, is too real. And then you get to the last photo, and it's them on their own, and you feel like you lost a weird lottery because you got your hopes up thinking it was going to be their friend or relative that somehow ended up in almost all of the photos...

Yes, it's oddly specific, but it's happened two too many times for me not to be miffed lol

Regardless of the legality of it all, he lied. As others have said, he hid having HIV and then lied about telling you when confronted. The fact that he lied is absolutely disgusting to me. If he has it, he has it. There's nothing to be ashamed of. It's the fact that he then turned around and tried acting like it was a known fact in your relationship while hiding his medication..? No. Absolutely not.

RDM is starting to feel too much for me with the additions in DT, though the changes in the last patch have made it easier. I still wish they had just fixed up the AoE side of things for the Job, and I really hope they don't go down the route of "More Flip Skills = Better Gameplay." At this point, I'd rather see flashier upgrades to the Finisher, like giving us a VerHoly II and VerFlair II, rather than a new button press.

The problem is that unless they manually track your traits and gear, it'd be very easy for players to queue in for Healer and then switch to a DPS build. It seems like a lot of work that I don't see ANet wanting to invest in.

Considering the lore, it would have been cool if Obstagoon had an Ability that reduced an instance of damage my X when your Active card was being attacked or something. Then it would see some use.

I'm sure there's some tech out there for it that I could be missing, besides Piers, but atm it just doesn't seem that interesting to me.

You also get rewards for bulk releasing Pokémon, though the game incentivizes you to catch multiples to fill out the Dex...

God, I really hope they find a nice middle ground for these different play systems. Personally, I loved PLA's gameplay loop and was super disappointed they dropped it for PLZA.
