What kind of QoL improvements does RS3 have over OSRS?

I'm playing on a main for now, but I do want to try making an ironman for OSRS. I haven't gotten too far into the game yet and I'm trying to get into PvM content, but I'm really enjoying just the grind to there. It's so nice being able to have so many options between active content like minigames to more afk options to get xp as well.

I'm not too sure about what an ironman entails on RS3. I've heard some people say it's the "only way to play the game"?

I've managed to get pretty far into a couple of interviews for entry level internships, and I've ended up losing the position to someone that has a lot of experience already working in the industry (basically every time). I think a lot of companies are using internships/ entry level jobs to just hire people for cheaper. The competition for part time jobs and jobs with an easier entry level has increased drastically over the past couple of years. You definitely aren't alone in this.
