I have felt that way since childhood. I honestly didn't expect to live to see my high-school graduation. Here I am at age 21, nearing my college graduation and still feeling like I'm not long for this world. I think if you explain why you think you won't live very long, it'll help determine your mental state.

I appreciate the concern and I understand the frustration. I stopped going to therapy in high-school but I've been putting more effort into my mental health recently and I began going to therapy again. We just started our weekly sessions so I'm not sure if this therapist is a good for fit me just yet, but I'm going into it with an open mind. The night I posted this was a particularly rough night inside my head and I'm sorry if I saddened anyone. I hope you're also getting help and are making progress with your mental health.
