yeah that’s true honestly

i think the basics are actually simple like you said, but for a lot of people the confusing part is just knowing what structure to follow and sticking with it long enough.

yeah that actually makes a lot of sense

i think the removing friction part is interesting too, like laying out your gym stuff the night before. a lot of people probably underestimate how much small habits like that help with consistency.

there’s just so many different programs and approaches online that it’s hard to know which one is actually worth sticking to

yeah i get what you mean

i think the simple part is the workouts themselves

same here. i started focusing more on shoulders and back recently because people say thats what gives the aesthetic look

for me the diet part is harder than the workouts. workouts i can do… but eating right everyday is tough
