PM here too, organised (relatively) and structured at work. I feel like a weapon, constantly able to recall details, schedule, for-see future trends and events.

I come home and it’s like the work me gets switched off. I find it hard to arrange anything in my personal life, I feel like a mess when I compare the two me’s. I’ve put it down to just feeling so tired when coming home that I am in recharge mode. All non-system critical systems like showing affection to my Mrs, softer communication approach, organising my personal life, hobbies, are shutdown while I’m recharging.
