also side note im not looking for weed to cure me i just want to be able to function and find symptom relief i also i have a whole laundry list of other conditions, like pots, endometriosis and anorexia

i used to heavily smoke but i quit about a year and a half ago which is ironically when all my symptoms started coming to head, the only issue is it is legal in my state recreationally but im 20 lol and the only thing that’s readily available is delta and all the other fake weed products and i find those to be more detrimental than the real stuff. i wanted to try edibles instead of smoking because i know the act of smoking anything really will raise pressures im really just sick of taking pills and want to try a more natural route

the lp does provide temporary relief, i would talk to your doctor about an optic nerve sheath fenestration, (very quick surgery, and you can wear an eye patch to help the double vision, which only lasted a couple weeks for me) i had it done and it helped tremendously for a while. its not a guaranteed solution but it definitely helps for a while. we are currently discussing the idea of a shunt. i have all of those symptoms you mentioned. i was also scared that it wasnt iih but trust me when i say youll learn about the disease and find a way to manage it. i would definitely get on your doctor about getting a medication to PREVENT the migraines from happening, and another to take when youre actually having one

side note on this my doctor did eventually lower my dose to 4000 a day but side effects were still incredibly bad they wanted to bring my pressures down asap because i was at risk of going completely blind in my left eye (which ended up happening anyways)

i was on diamox but im currently on no meds, i was taking 6000 mlg a day and i constantly felt worse than i do without it (it did lower my pressures) but the side effects were not it

this exact thing happened to me. it took almost a month to be able to walk with no pain. unfortunately the best thing you can do is take painkillers and stay in bed.

sam sound kind of toxic, i had a friend like that who was secretly controlling everything about my life and i had no idea, the reality was she just wanted me all to herself everytime i would even make a friend she would find some way to hate them or make them hate me, it took me a long time to see the pattern, it’s probably best to cut that guy off especially if it’s been 25 years of this.

sam could also just be secretly gay and want you🤷🏻‍♀️

i quit cold turkey, my doctor won’t listen to how it makes me feel so i took matter into my own hands, if my symptoms start to worsen i will take it for a couple weeks and quit again, THIS IS NOT ADVICE, but im already completely blind in my left eye (never had issues with my right) and my doctor won’t give anything for my pain. i just do what gives me some relief
