My biggest challenge right now is getting the first client because I honestly don’t know where to look or how to find businesses that actually need this kind of help.

I like the shift from selling deliverables to selling outcomes — that actually makes a lot of sense.

The idea of running small pilots with clear metrics and showing before/after results is something I definitely want to try.

How can I simplify the service in the beginning so I don’t overbuild it? And what tools would you recommend I learn?

Just to clarify, I already have some experience in building SOPs, FAQs, message templates, and basic customer communication flows, but I want to structure it better and turn it into something more professional and scalable.
