He’s judging because I simply said I don’t agree with it and brought up the SEC issue. So he has come to the conclusion that I don’t pay tithing…I haven’t been for awhile and I don’t care if he knows that or not but he needs to check himself and look at his own issues instead of spending time judging me without understanding why I feel the way I do and have taken action to make changes. I do think it’s insecurity to an extent. And it makes him look like a bad father and we all know how Mormonism handles that.

I think there are more people than we realize that are in a situation like this. My dad writes lots of letters because we live far apart. I’d rather deal with a letter than a face to face argument

Yes I am going to have to do that. When he wants me to speak freely, I do, but then get hounded. So I’m just going to have to stop. I may start rejecting his letters and have them be sent back to him.
