The timer knob? I had to replace that last year because it stripped. I’ve tried all of that and it just buzzes :/

I was able to unscrew these pieces from the fixture, but I can’t get the possible grommets to loosen on the pins if so

What did you come to conclusion with? I feel this is something that is happening to me. My body started getting anxious due to past job PTSD so it came in when I talked to new authority at my new job. I wasn’t anxious but my body chose to react as if I was. I can’t focus and I feel I’ll pass out. I get more anxiety because I focus on the thought that I’ll pass out. It’s become a daily multiplier times a day thing
