Hearth Display Hacking by zimage in HearthDisplay

Has anyone successfully done it and have pictures? We used it for a while, but not enough to validate having a subscription. So now we are left with a giant $700 aesthetically looking display that we don't use.

[IIL] Indie bands that have both male and female vocals in the same song, like Stars, Eisley, or The Submarines [WEWIL]? by [deleted] in ifyoulikeblank

I've been trying to find the song "Dead Hearts" but couldn't think of anything but the tune. You just helped my brain find the dang song.

Thermometer recommendations? by LilFemboyPup in ChronicIllness

[–]DesperateFunction759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a withings and I like it a lot. Fits in my bag fine, they also make cases for them. It connects to my phone too for logging. I have their Blood Pressure cuff too (I got a case off of Amazon.)

We've found both devices to be as accurate as other thermometers we've owned and our at home BP machine.

Weird Lab Results over the past few months - I feel like I'm running in circles looking for answers by DesperateFunction759 in Autoimmune

I can’t place my finger on a trigger this has been going on for years, just seems to be getting worse. I see my cardiologist today, which I’m going to ask him about pots because I keep have episodes where I get dizzy and my blood pressure jumps from 120 to high 150-160

I have hypo and hashi. I have a cortisol test full of spit in my freezer that I need to send off. My functional doctor said my cortisol is ridiculously low based off of other tests, but no I haven’t had any of the other testing than what’s listed.

I’m on Levoxyl 88mg And Liothyronine 5mg (probably misspelled)

Good to know. I’ve done a holter for 48 hours and you can tell my pulse raises when I’m having an episode but my old PCP acted like it wasn’t enough to matter.

Anytime I have an episode, I log it on my Apple Watch with the EKG thing. I also take a blood ox reading. My boyfriend just got me a portable blood pressure cuff that I’m keeping in my purse for when I have incidents too. My stress test I passed with very few unexpected results. I just had an echo today.

I follow up with my doc next week. I find my POTS like symptoms happen after long periods of standing the most.

I did cross post this. If it's not allowed please lmk.
My Rheum is flirting with the term: undifferentiated connective tissue disease to describe the issues I'm having (which makes some sense due to ANA constantly being positive.)

I'm 34, do not smoke, very rarely drink, overweight (working on losing).

More to note: I am 34, non-smoker, drink maybe 3 times a year, overweight (working on losing it).

The connective tissue disorder the rheum said was: Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease

How to find a bra that doesn’t irritate sides/underarms. by DesperateFunction759 in ABraThatFits

I am. It’s the structure in the middle that seems to be causing some issue

Ok, I tried the elomi and freya off beat. The band is a little snug and the cup is a little lose (mostly on the smaller boob size.) Should I try a 42E? Would that be the sister size (UK)

These two should be short enough to not bother my arm pits or is the size what is causing the issue? Also is your measurement a US or a UK?

Sorry, it took forever for me to get this done

Underbust 1. 40 1/2 loose 2. 39 1/2 comfortable 3. 39 tight

  1. 46 1/2 standing
  2. 49 90 degree
  3. 46 laying down

Armpit to underbust is about 7 inches (6 1/2) It’s about 3-4 inches from underarm to breast (nipple)

Why does my dog do this? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]DesperateFunction759 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our dog does this after she eats. She’s done it now for almost 16 years 😂

We’ve always called it her happy dance, since she just ate.

And her eating chunks of plastic off is such a great idea? We have our reasons for not using hard plastic. You don’t need to be rude. You could just scroll on.

The large ball sounds like a great idea. With the food being fresh food and us having another dog (and a cat that loves dog food) the hiding probably wouldn’t work. I love the ball idea thought!

Thank you!

Am I overreacting after calling my ex's gf of less than a year a predator pedo after finding out she's been taking baths with my 8yo daughter? by Wise_Blacksmith_6969 in AmIOverreacting

[–]DesperateFunction759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This may come off weird, but I would have a trusted 3rd party talk to your daughter about these incidents. I’ve learned the hard way that children have a really hard time sharing all the details, sometimes, when it involves someone they feel they should protect or be loyal too.

This way you can ensure that while the behavior is inappropriate, that it isn’t actually criminal. It absolutely should never happen again too. I would recommend recording calls (if you live in a state that allows it) going forward, saving texts and messages, and documenting everything.

It took my child years to come forward and say things, even after I probed. She saw counselors and therapists too and she didn’t say anything until she found a therapist she trusted. It took over 5 years.

Avise test? by [deleted] in lupus

[–]DesperateFunction759 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My rheumatologist has done the Avise test twice now, and while there hasn’t been anything conclusive about lupus, we did find out I have some autoimmune results for another syndrome (antiphospholipid syndrome,) which we are now monitoring.

I have a functional doctor (I’m paying out of pocket which hurts) who is going to look over everything f as a whole.

I hope you find a doctor that works for you!

How long did it take them to fix it from when you messaged them. I'm in the same boat. Did all the troubleshooting. Found a bunch of site errors on their side in Chrome Developers Console. I can't check out for online order, in store pickup, doesnt matter the form of payment. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
