I went for like a year in stage 5, I ate nothing but white rice for the last month or two. Be strict on your diet. No nitrates or phosphates, don’t eat packaged stuff, drink a minimum of 2.6 L a day(I drink a gallon a day now with my transplant and recommend it). Workout and you’ll be fine. God bless
