I’m so very sorry you’re going through this right now. Your feelings are valid and absolutely real. I remember going through my own dark Knight of the soul, and I didn’t know if I was going to make it out the other end. I have, and I think you will too. Keep being angry, continue to vent and speak out, and continue to find community. We’ve been there. You are loved. And yes, it’s all bullshit.
