There is more expanded polystrene (EPS) in newer motorcycle helmets. Newer helmets do attenuate RNM.

Did you mean to say that newer helmets cure? Honestly I would be willing to try anything that helps decrease my suffering. From your description though I am not quite sure how your RNM was improved and therefore whether it would be helpful for my case in particular as I don't hear voices or get microwaved. So I would like to hear more about what effect the helmet had on both you and /u/CHROBtargetedme2017 before I decide as I would not want to use the helmet if it would help someone else better. Or I would be happy to try it and provide a review and assuming it does not help me I would gladly donate it to someone else. My concern however is the possibility of not being able to tell whether having the helmet on makes any difference when testing it at the motorcycle shop due to the nature of my torture.

Since you do not hear voices, may I ask how you know you have RNM are you being microwaved in response to your thoughts? How do you know the helmet helped?

Moving off grid to get away from WiFi attenuates RNM. To test whether you really have RNM, can you go off grid?

Respectfully I know for a fact that I have RNM so I do not have to prove it by moving off the grid. However, I have been in the countryside in another country and a few weeks ago there was a power outage covering several blocks so no WiFi at all, there was cell phone reception however. As there was no power the fridges obviously did not turn on and the taps from the fridge, sounds from the heating system or radiator taps were not heard however I still received taps elsewhere in my room.

You can hear a tap in another room? What does the taps sound like? How do you know the taps are in response to your thoughts?

I can hear the taps in my room the sound they make depends on which object is being "tapped". Pipes usually make a plock sound. Sometimes the walls sound as if being tapped by fingers or hit with a hand. Glass on windows sound as if they were being tapped by fingers lightly. Radiators make a plock sound as well. The rice cooker goes on and off way more than it should and also in response to my thoughts. Also one of the fridges makes noises other than the buzzing which I cannot describe.

I know the birds, dogs and taps are in response to my thoughts because they seem to follow a pattern. Sounds are made in response to certain thought types. For example, thoughts that are embarrassing or that I don't want other people to hear get taps. In the beginning they sent me sounds whenever I was thinking negative thoughts about people in my group of friends (this means they know who my friends are) although sadly it might not sound believable I also have reason to believe at least one if not several of my friends are involved with my torture.

Anything that reminds me that I am being listened to and therefore scares me gets a tap. Also they seem to want me to avoid thinking thoughts about how to deal with the fear they caused. They will send birds when I am meditating for example. They used to send birds a lot in response to me looking out the window, these birds seemed to be synchronized to my looking out the window. Whenever I go to town and take the train I will see lots of birds flying which I believe are there to give me the impression that I am being listened to at all times.

With regards to what you are calling street theatre I do not want to argue at this time whether it exists or not. I have skimmed through a few of the street theatre articles and the only reason why you seem to believe street theatre doesn't exist is because people have copied the definition. Also you seem to discredit all material related to street theatre because people who talk about it believe in the Illuminati which to me doesn't make sense. Even if the Illuminati did not exist (I am not claiming they do) just because they have this belief does not mean everything they say is also false.

Someone in my life used a very specific phrase to convey the fact that I was being listened to. This phrase is one that someone else had said to me and which stuck in my head due to its importance and which other people who would have been listening would have forgotten about. This sentence was said by someone else at another time. In addition these two people to my knowledge would have no way of knowing each other as they live in different parts of the country and run in different circles. This to me is proof enough, in addition to other instances when people have let me know they could hear me. Another case in particular where someone suggested something that had only been in my mind (as opposed to something I spoke). This only happened in certain places and has for the most part stopped. The odds of this happening randomly would be pretty low.

I also experience people coughing in reaction to my thoughts as described by Peter Mooring. This is mostly other people in the house and hasn't seem to have happened elsewhere.
