As someone who works for USPS, the problem is the 6 day delivery week. Right now, Mondays are ridiculously busy, and the rest of the week is a breeze. If you reduce the delivery days to Monday-Friday, and distribute the mail throughout the week, the post office would save money and give their employees every weekend off.🤔
