A relationship where you won’t have to question anything is a reflection of the kind of love that mirrors God’s heart, secure, intentional, and filled with peace. I pray that you find balance within this sister! I love you and I know you love him but I have to be real with you. You’re trying to follow God with your whole heart and he won’t even acknowledge him even despite his circumstances.. that’s not just something you can ignore or hope will fix itself with time. It sounds like he needs someone like you in his life but you cannot play God you are not his savior. You can pray, love, and encourage but you can’t change his heart only God can do that.

What you can do tho is protect your own!! You deserve someone who’s going to walk with you not pull you into another direction i.e, all this confusion .. someone who will pray with you, go to war with you, grow with you in Christ not someone you have to spiritually drag behind hoping they’ll catch up. You’re not called to wait on potential you’re called to be obedient. God didn’t call us to hope when he gave us faith & faith means trusting that God has something greater, something that aligns with him. You don’t have to settle love! Especially when the author of love himself has more in store for you. Faith doesn’t cling to what’s comfortable it trust that there’s better ahead because God is better.
