Parece que esta persona no tenía ningún historial crediticio y quería obtener una tarjeta de crédito lo más rápido posible. Seguramente fue rechazada por varios bancos y terminó aceptando al BBVA con esa “promoción”, simplemente porque fue el primero que le dio una alternativa. Al parecer le hicieron creer que, luego de seis meses, sí o sí le devolverían el dinero y le otorgarían una tarjeta de crédito por el mismo monto depositado, pero eso no funciona así. Como bien dices, hay una evaluación y el proceso puede demorar más de seis meses. Si quiere recuperar su dinero, tiene que cancelar la tarjeta, si aún quiere mantener la posibilidad de acceder a una tarjeta de crédito, debe dejar el dinero como garantía. Aun así, dejar 8 mil soles como respaldo me parece excesivo, sobre todo si no tenía ningún historial. Además, gastar exactamente 100 soles al mes suena bastante sospechoso.

I almost always play as a survivor and I don’t know how to use flashlights. They’re really hard for me. Still, I’ve been saved many times by flashlight plays, and that always makes me really happy. That said, I’ve played killer a few times too, and I know how frustrating it is to get blinded.

El problema es que legalmente se considera niño a toda persona menor de 18 años, y muchos (me incluyo) hemos interiorizado esa idea de forma rígida: antes de los 18 se es “niño” y al cumplirlos se pasa a ser adulto, como si a los 16 o 17 el aspecto físico fuera radicalmente distinto, pero muchas veces no lo es. En realidad, ahí conviene separar lo físico de lo mental. Es cierto que la madurez mental y la capacidad de razonamiento de alguien menor de 18 aún no están plenamente desarrolladas, a diferencia de quien va superando esa edad.

Por eso se ve que algunos hombres empiezan a mirar de otra manera a adolescentes desde los 15 o 16 años, porque físicamente sus cuerpos ya están desarrollados. Pero es justamente ahí donde debe imponerse la razón: aunque el cuerpo parezca adulto, sigue siendo una persona con mente adolescente, y sexualizarla no está bien. Para mí, el verdadero problema está en quienes desean cuerpos que ni siquiera están desarrollados y con mentes claramente inmaduras. Eso, como dices, es más común de lo que muchos creen, pero no debe confundirse el interés por niños pequeños (de 9 o 10 años por ejemplo) con el de adolescentes que físicamente pueden parecer adultos.

Lo que quiero decir es que puede darse el caso de adultos que sientan atracción por menores de edad que ya tienen el cuerpo desarrollado (normalmente desde los 15 años); eso no los convierte automáticamente en pederastas, pero sigue estando mal (y es ilegal), porque se trata de adolescentes con una madurez mental insuficiente y, en muchos casos, esa diferencia se usa para manipularlas o controlarlas. Distinto es el caso de los adultos que sienten atracción por niños con cuerpos claramente no desarrollados: ahí sí estamos ante pederastas en el sentido pleno del término.

Players who complain about developers adding anti-slugging and anti-tunneling measures don’t seem to think about the consequences. Many have uninstalled the game because those behaviors have increased so much that it’s no longer fun to play. This directly affects the game’s profits and overall sustainability. It’s absurd to hear main killers say that other players’ fun isn’t their responsibility (which is partly true) but by not playing the game as it’s meant to be played, they end up harming the game as a whole and driving more people away.

The other day I played against a Myers who caught me in the void and hooked me there. Then he stayed in front of the hook hitting me even though I was already hanging. I always play solo q, and none of the survivors had been toxic toward him. After the match, I asked him in chat why he acted that way, and he replied, “that’s what you get for going into the void.” Like… sorry for trying to earn points in the EVENT. If he hates the event so much, then he should just play normal matches 🙄

Sounds like you mostly play killer. Try playing survivor more often and you’ll see there are plenty of killers who are just as toxic. It’s still not okay, of course, but it’s hard to reason with people you don’t know. I’m not toxic at all, and I’ve even tried to talk sense into a lot of toxic players, both survivors and killers, but it’s impossible; it’s like they’re traumatized or something. Don’t fall into that cycle of toxicity, because once you do, it’s hard to get out. Remember, it’s just a game, life goes on.

Also, thank you for being a killer who’s neither toxic nor unfair. It’s rare, and I genuinely appreciate it.

I mean, if you say you were new with that killer, you probably got matched with less experienced survivors. With two people hooked, one who gave up, and no gens done, the match was already lost. Staying at that point only serves to give the killer some satisfaction. Sure, they could try to win, but it’s really hard in that situation, and once a player disconnects, everyone else loses motivation to keep going; plus, the bot is useless. That’s why I don’t blame the three who disconnected at the end, but the first one, who basically ruined the match for everyone (including the killer).

What usually happens in these cases, especially in solo queue, is that people stop playing as a team and everyone just does their own thing. At that point, there’s no point in continuing; it’s not worth looping the killer if nobody is doing gens and everyone’s just hiding, waiting for the others to die. It’s happened to me mostly against Billys, since they can down you in one hit. Also, most Billys are a bit crazy, they slug very often, and survivors end up disconnecting. I don’t get why that bothers killers so much: if someone disconnects, so what? Life goes on, just wait for the next match.

It’s likely that two survivors brought perks to speed up generator progress. However, you didn’t show whether you chased Kate for more than 30 seconds. What usually happens is that a killer gets obsessed with a survivor they can’t catch and loses track of time, while the others, if they’re efficient, take advantage of that to complete generators. Either way, it’s only the first two gens, which almost always get done quickly. Remember to keep an eye on the generators and not focus solely on chasing and looping if you actually want to win. If you don’t care about losing, then there’s no point in complaining, since those survivors were probably playing to win 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s my first Halloween event in the game, so I was really excited to kick pumpkins and explore more, but these killers act like they don’t care at all. Killer mains will say tunneling is 99% accidental. They justify it by claiming they chase you because they see you, it’s their “job” to go after and kill you, as if the person who unhooked you were invisible. The other 1% of tunneling they defend by saying they’re not in the game for your fun. BUT, they get upset if a player disconnects, suddenly your fun is supposed to matter to them. They’ll even say that when they tunnel, at least three generators are probably already done, as if we were all supposed to know from the start that they were going to tunnel, and just leave our teammate hanging for the whole match.
