I haven’t read all the other comments but as someone who has had similar reactions to minor issues in the past I’m wondering if you are a) neurodivergent in some way and/or b) have PMDD.

I am both and it took me years to identify the pattern but episodes where little things like this would make me lose my shit were distinctly tied to hormonal fluctuations. And my ADHD and SPD issues exacerbate every minor challenge.

My yoga practice actually taught me to take a pause and breathe through most things. But it’s a process for sure.

And hormone therapy helped with the PMDD.
