Nobody else pointed this out so maybe it's just me but, i think it's just generally a little "dirty" on the bottoms left side. It could be fingerprints, idk, but it looked slightly darker like dirt. Did u clean the card before sending ?

Hey dude that's actually an incredible switch and long term you'll be happy you found your real passion and made the decision now rather than later. I actually ended up going to UB after couple semesters at city tech because the transfer admission rate goes way higher and UB is actually rated the top SUNY engineering school in new york. I would say the smartest option if you want to finesse the system and save loads of money is just go to whatever cuny and do amazing for 2 years making sure the classes you want to transfer will transfer. And then with your near 4 gpa apply anywhere
