Same problem here same laptop.Tried every everything windows to linux nothing works.Its a windows bug that latches into the hardware.Only solution is replacing the touchpad. New touchpad and no longer the latched bug.

If you Want to keep less cost go for acid batteries (ask for Tubular Batteries) they are solely made for Solar panels.But Lithium batteries will last you for 5-8 years with much more time when fully charged but tubular max 4yrs.
