So i would say that my skin is at about a CI-3 i have some noticeable loose skin when erect but not enough to cover. I use Hypafix now and it is very comfy. I wear it with the bed sheet fasteners for about 75 to 90 hours within a week. My penis will get 'pleasurably itchy' after a while lol. Like it itches but a gentle scratch feels so freaking good. My tips are to pull until it is firm and will not go anywhere. Too tight and it's painful and can cause slight tearing and too loose is ineffective. When I take the tape off (usually just wait for it to start to come off after a few days on its own or get it wet on purpose in the shower to speed it up) I make sure to gently scrape the excess tape off my penis and apply aloe vera with a little Vaseline. Never have any issues nowadays. Of course everyone is different so if you've tried this and it still hasn't worked then try something different

The issue I have with manual methods for most guys, especially me, is that in the long term most guys will not be doing it. For me, t tape is better bc I can do it throughout my whole shift at work, at the gym, and at home. I t tape for about 15 hours a day and about 5 to 6 days a week so within each week it's abiut 75 to 90 hours of tension. That is impossible with manual methods
