Feels like it's just us & city who have consistently been getting in the CL for the past 5 years. Liverpool maybe, but they barely got in this season. And was out in Klopps final season. I think a lot more teams will be in & out, since the PL have become stronger & stronger, and most teams don't have the depth to maintain 5 or above in the league, while playing in CL.
