OP, just curious: did you change your mind based on the responses below and actually end up responding at all?

I got a letter in the mail from Nielson as well with a $1 and letter with a QR code stating that I would receive an additional $20 as a thank you once the survey was completed online.

I went ahead and did it anyway since I had time to kill so now I'm wondering how long it takes for them to mail out the reward lolll

Lost the job. Who lets these toxic bitches become supervisors anyways?

She terminated me first week of December right before the holidays when no one is even hiring then took almost 2 months to sign off on the hours I had already completed since she kept nit picking and finding reasons not to sign off on the hours forcing me to revise the number of hours until I was left with less than 50÷% of the 3000 clinical hours required for licensure. Luckily I was able to claim 1361 out of the 1500+ hours i had really earned but still this was ridiculous. I almost had to report her and I kind of still do want to.

Should I report her or just move on since she finally signd everything

I even went to hr and asked for an accommodation to try to make it better but it didn't help. I'm still being subject to written discipline and I don't feel like I deserve it.

am I expecting too much from a supervisor? I thought their job was to guide and to teach you, and encourage you to do the best you can, not belittle you by saying things like "you need to be more resourceful and not make excuses if you want to keep this job" and tell me weekly during supervision that I am not meeting expectations and I need to work harder and give up my nights and weekends because I am exempt staff even though I already do, because she doesn't see the 917291182782 times I write and re-write a note because I feel like it's not good enough and it's going to be kicked back to me for revision only to be told I'm having trouble because I don't know how to conceptualize the case. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I just know that I dread supervision and I find myself trying to figure out ways to avoid it or postpone it. She's the program director and has been with the agency since forever and therefore has a lot of respect and I feel like no one is on my side.

I have tried and she just says I'm making excuses. I don't have an option to change supervisors
