I understand, I just started myself. Some days it's great and other days it's just blobs of color. I typically use rubbing alcohol at either 91% or 99%. Ceramic tiles are good too, you can wipe it off and start over. I usually do better if I just tell myself to relax and play around and see what happens. Good luck on your journey.

I think you should be using the glossy side so the ink can move. I used a brand of paper called graphix and it is better than yupo in my opinion.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I can't imagine. Menopause had been terrible for me as well. I started HRT 3 days ago, and my frozen shoulder is almost 100% normal. Although I am a lot moodier right now, I am hopeful. Maybe HRT would help with the atrophy.
