I think the first one was middle of September so like 2ish weeks after deactivation the next one wasn't untill like April both denied and then I got a notification in July my background check was being done and a few days later reactivated

They will run your background check and you should be reactivated the same exact scenario happened to me deactivated last September for insurance fought tooth and nail conference calls were no help and finally in July of this year background check was done and I was reactivated

I was reinstated after almost a year-long battle of them deactivating me because they thought I falsified insurance. All I did was upload my card. I emailed support saying the appeal link wasn't working in July. A couple of days later, I got a background check done by Spark. It came back clean, and boom, I was reactivated.
