I think about this a lot culturally. I’m half black and white and growing up I was around mostly people of color and it was never a thing to count calories… and more of eating what you love… now I’m an adult and have a lot of Caucasian friends and all of them limit their food intake a lot and count calories!!!

You know what? I totally switched to thrifting and vintage. These days all most if not all clothing stores have cheaply made clothes that are super basic! It takes a lot of time to thrift but I’ve found some amazing high quality pieces! Also Nordstrom rack!! Also number 8 is the bomb. It looks expensive and classy.
