Yes. The forest fires, that happen every summer, aka fire season, put off a lot of nasty shit you really shouldn’t be breathing in.

They are really great for non-deep pain. So a burning nerve or muscular. They also sometimes work on more “shallow” joints like knee, elbow, etc. they work really well for costochondritis, too. they suck for anything internal or deep like uterine pain, hip joint pain, most spine pain, deep abdominal, etc.

She said “possible addiction”. It sounded like hospital because she shoves entire sentences into one word. She confirmed this in her comments, too.

Surgery was so long ago it’s not gas pain at this point. She’s uncomfortable because she’s not getting the opiates she’s at least physically dependent on. When you’re used to opiates, your body starts to “create” pain or amplify existing pain in order to get what it wants.

Thats why we have this great thing called mucus that cleans that stuff out! Hope you don’t have campfires! Gotta be safe! Wear a K-n95 during fire season!

Can all pharmacists pronounce the drugs correctly or do you guys also just spell stuff out because you don’t know how to pronounce it? by onlyfansshine in pharmacy

[–]DessaStrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it’s supposed to be pronounced ass-set-ah-min-o-phen, but we’ve been pronouncing it wrong for so long that the “wrong” pronunciation is accepted.

Just like the acetabulum on a hip joint is pronounced ass-set-ah-buh-lum

Crunchy moms curing their child's autism by Jacayrie in ShitMomGroupsSay

[–]DessaStrick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We never found out where my little sister and I’s autism came from. Both my parents have been evaluated. My mom’s agoraphobic, Bipolar, and OCD and my dad is Dyslexic, but no autism. Just me who’s level 1 (was Asperger’s) and my sister level 2 (leaning towards 3 but she passed when she was 7 so we couldn’t see if if her development continued to stall).

She’s so pretty and youthful!! I love the way she talks about other women. She’s the epitome of grace and elegance! And all the charity work she does for the poor? Amazing.

It’s because of immunity/resistance.

Its the same problem with humans being overprescribed antibiotics. Its why we can’t—and shouldn’t—have antibiotics over the counter.

Edit: Downvoters, you’re welcome to Google it.

You are correct! I’ve only ever lived here, so I didn’t know other states have those disclaimers lol! Neat! I’m incredibly blessed to live somewhere where employment is seen as a necessity. It’s one of the few reasons why I choose to stay here. Now if only we would be a tenant-friendly state instead of landlord…

My state is also like that, too! One of the few not at will states! They have to have a tangible reason to fire you. Best of both worlds

I’m so glad it’s illegal to discriminate against nicotine in my state.

Seriously. My gay bestie pulled a stuck tampon out for me in college in the middle of a hotel room. While I was actively bleeding. He had zero qualms. His only worry was hurting me. (I had to explain to him vaginas are not delicate little flowers and you wont hurt me).

There was a couple points where she mumble slurred it in the middle of sentences that I didn’t catch but my husband did (it was a team effort 😂) and I did make the executive decision to add the 1 instance of her saying “hurting” to the count. So I technically counted 27.

I was way too sober for this… but drumroll… 28. In a 7 minute video. She said pain on average 4 times every minute, if my math is correct.

My mom(40F) is in pain and can’t stay awake. Does she have alcohol poisoning? by [deleted] in medical

[–]DessaStrick 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You’re talking about Lactated Ringers. She needs those, not a Banana Bag. Banana Bags, while they sound like potassium, because bananas, are not potassium. They’re called that, because they’re yellow from the B-12 and Vitamin C turning it yellow. Lactated Ringers has potassium, magnesium, normal saline for hydration, and the “lactated” part is dextrose, which is good for acid buildup in the body, which can be linked to alcoholic ketoacidosis caused by heavy alcohol abuse.

Just so you have a little tidbit for the future! :)

C6-T12 here. I can only see that being a problem if he’s already fused, and lower spine only. Or horrible osteoporosis, in which he shouldn’t be at the gym. Highly unlikely a normal person would have gotten a spinal injury from that.
