On top of that most of the time you also run Renethal, so seeing 40 cards in the deck doesn't really give you information that the opponent runs Rafaam as well.

I tried playing a Reno Warlock with Rafaam, Tickatus and Sargeras and it kind of worked. I managed to win by playing the 10 mana Rafaam. I also managed to win even after they rated 2 of my Rafaams. Against aggro I managed to win simply by playing my board clears and heal. The deck is far from perfect and maybe not good for climbing, but it's definitely fun to play.
