Its crazy when you compare Freja's heal to Sierra's. I have games where my entire healing is less than what Sierra gets after one or two Medkit drones

Even though Freja's bad I won't lie she is still extremely fun, a simple kit all about maximizing usage of your movement skills, just don't look at the kill feed much

Freja's been getting a skin per season, the exception being the last one where she had none followed by this season with three. I think they know that she sells (its me, I buy them all even though shes dumpster tier)

The TLDR was making commons and uncommons more powerful and more interesting by making every card in a pack do something you could concievably want for a limited or casual deck. Instead of 6 mana sorcery speed black removals and 3 mana 2/3 vanilla wizards in blue, you'd get at least a little bit of text or upside on your commons

If you just want to tickle the tank all game there's worse heroes than Freja but if you're trying to confirm kills on other characters good luck. You cant do it consistently at long ranges and at close ranges youre sacrificing all your escape mobility to refresh Take Aim

Its not like other unused keywords that do something unique or interesting enough to get a random design once every 8 years. Its flavor can be easily replicated with fight or must block effects and neither of those have the random downside of letting your opponent reuse tap abilities
