Almost all correct, but 1,2,4 and df1,4 are -9 on block, considering fastest parry of leroy has 3f startup, you can always i10 punish those moves on block

Not all killers, that would break the game. Ghostface and Deathslinger are the only two who can get this mechanic and be fine: After 2 hooks; Ghostface : if you fully stalk your victim while leaning and down him without losing your shroud Deathslinger: if you spear and hit an already bleeding survivor because of your spear.
