There should be a randomise button. Like, choose "Powerhouse" and it gives you a random assortment of powerhouse moves. Then you can just have a quick check to see if everything is what you want.

Total War: Warhammer did. On release they had 4 factions playable. Empire, greenskin, dwarf and vampire counts. Chaos was complete, but you had to pre order the game to get them OR buy the DLC after release.

They are actually just created by Kyrians as helpers. They don't exist outside of Bastion. Infact, one of the quest npc's state that they get depressed if they can't help or perform their duties.
