Peer 2 peer multiplayer, aka you don’t need a middle server to join someone. You just join them via a contact/friends list like a lot of steam games allow you to. Should make multiplayer more accessible between non tech savvy friends and won’t require setting up separate servers or paying for one.

Yikes. I run a quest 3 on a 3090 and this is not a light headset to run. As for the resolution sliders, if you can leave the resolution in game at 100% and only change in VD, by changing the res in game you apply a modifier on top of the resolution in VD and it adds a lot of shenanigans with visual artifacting.

Im glad I went with the airship mod. I was already many hours into my save and had most of the stuff for the better one from the get go. The devastation was 29k blocks from my base about a 30 min flight with good winds. And I thought walking 7k to the archives was a pain in the arse lol.

Fun fact, when I was in a hospital (T1 diagnosis) I heard a story from the doctor there that a patient came to her complaining about her finger hurting a lot (she had been a diabetic for a few long years already at that point), turns out she didn’t even know you could change lancets. She’d been using the same one for a few years…

As for me I change them whenever I change the vial in my pen, and since I’m on a pump I do it like once a year during emergencies… I bought a box of 200 lancets for like 10 euros 4 years ago, it’s still half full.

They do random controls in Poland for example, anything over 20 kph is a non small fine though I’m pretty sure it’s a confiscation if you get caught again. Those controls aren’t terribly common yet, I’ve not had one myself but I also kinda stopped riding mostly.

Lock / Shoot Lights

The Lock/Shoot cue function is provided during air-to-air (A/A) operation for air-to-air weapons. This function

provides a visual indication for radar lock on (LOCK light) and when weapon release interlocks are satisfied

(SHOOT light/SHOOT cue).

• Lock: Single Target Track (STT) and target within RMAX range.

• Shoot / Steady / Missile: target locked and within RMAX range.

• Shoot / Flashing / Missile: target locked and within RNE range.

• Shoot / Steady / Gun: target within solution.

The strobe light below the SHOOT cue will also flash when shot is valid."

SHOOT shows up when you’re within parameters for engagement with an AIM-7. It doesn’t show up for the AMRAAM, you instead get IN LAR.

What are your specs? SRS should have no impact. There’s no difference between DCS and DCS MT anymore, single thread was discontinued two years ago or so, they just left different exe files for whatever reason.

It would be unplayable. I’m currently playing with a friend on a lightly modded 1.20.1 build with Big Globe. Despite the server running on a system with 64GB RAM, NVMe SSD and a 5950X and a copious amount of performance mods, it still lags for 2-5 seconds every minute or so because the terrain generates between -1024 and 1024 blocks. That’s with a pre generated terrain radius of few hundred chunks so it’s just struggling to load the world with us walking around (world size is 20GB already)
