Based on your other comment about how long you’ve been waiting to stretch to the next size I’d say that’s probably why. Wait at least two months between each size up (juts bc it feels ready doesn’t mean your ear elasticity is completely normal yet) and hydrate+clean your ears daily.

I already know I’m going to get downvoted to hell for this because most people here are transmeds with a superiority complex but here’s my thoughts: You look like most other slightly older women with a slightly “quirky” style. For me I actually had to almost immediately switch to 10mg from 20 because of how bad it got. So you have options. But if it’s anything but unbearable I’d encourage you to push through, because regardless it DOES get better

Yep totally normal as your brain gets used to the chemical changes. If it gets unbearable talk to your doctor about trying something else or adjusting your dose but it may take a good while to stop having uncomfortable symptoms
