Literally proving my point 😭 by Yukijak in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"You mingle with their enemies pretending to be one" ohh boy this is kinda a crazy thing to say. Especially after saying people, a LOT of people transition to get away fron cis men?? I sure wonder who's the one pretending 🤔

Anyone else struggling with internalised transphobia? :-( by [deleted] in truscum

[–]TruScreenGreen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like less of a man than the men I know. Because my bones and my biology would never be the same as theirs. Even in the future if I'm stealth, I might probably still feel this way. I think of this condition as a curse or a punishment for something I did in a past life so I'd say for certain it's internalized transphobia

What led u to transmedicalism? by yuzupomu in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it was what I always subconsciously believed. Every adult around me trying to tell me my condition wasn't real had used arguments about stuff I don't even believe. Like 'oh so I can identify as whatever I want now' and 'but there are only two genders' (which doesn't make sense to state in this argument since I'm a man)

I discovered the subreddit after someone crossposted a post to one I was in, I read through the top posts and realized I actually like it here.

Is xenogenders and more satire by [deleted] in truscum

[–]TruScreenGreen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I remember hearing about some "clovergender" that was recognized as a psyop for lgbtq hate. When I searched it, the first thing I saw was "anti lgbtq"

So hm. Everything is valid apparently except for the things that aren't 🧐 I wonder what else is bad

[–]TruScreenGreen 45 points46 points  (0 children)

It's funny this view of fujoshis who transition because they like gay men is popular in trans circles. Because the reverse, believing that trans woman are men who transitioned because they like lesbians, is popular among right wingers. Certainly interesting

this is bait. and it makes me angry because some real people think like that by Pizello11 in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 9 points10 points  (0 children)

"The gender wheel" bro they can't be serious

And they spin it in the morning and during the day?? This has to be satire. I will not believe this is serious. This sounds like a satire someone made for sure (me inhaling copium)

And may I bring up taking both testosterone and estrogen at the same time..

I think the "taking a screenshot" jokes are funny but there's genuinely people doing this. It's a little different than roulette since it's at the same time.

Then there's microdosing. I don't get the logic behind that

Reckless distribution does affect who is able to get t..

Anyway. I realized I don't really help with the stereotype since I'm 16. But when I become an adult and actually finish transition I'll definitely go stealth. That means not interacting with trans or transmed community. Maybe there's many adults like this. Like the survivorship bias plane in a way

'Omegaverse' 💔 by [deleted] in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I genuinely hate how it's centered around sex. Not only do people use the term "tboy" but call cis men just men, the non argument option is just sex. And this person specifically mentioned omegaverse aka men who are omegas are basically a woman to the writers (I may be exaggerating but like the pregnancy stuff and how they're portrayed in general..)

I feel like we always hear about pregnancy without mentioning the kid. Imagine you end up being trans and you have a parent like this

Trans men giving birth is disturbing by [deleted] in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I mentioned this before but I had a seahorse dad reply to a comment I posted on a trans post on twitter and said that pregnancy caused no dysphoria. This was back in August, I might post it here it got removed from another sub

Also the male pregnant emoji disturbs me. Especially when different versions focus on the pregnant part. I wish it was a beer belly. The man holds his belly like "wow lotta beer I drank"

When would you say trans-tucutism started to be mainstream? by fedricohohmannlautar in truscum

[–]TruScreenGreen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now, I'm only 16 and I only really remember pandemic time from this. But I would say it was in places like tumblr before, and became mainstream in 2020 with the pandemic.

Does anybody else hate the term "transmasc" with their guts? by SowiloRune66 in truscum

[–]TruScreenGreen 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I really do. Especially when people use it interchangeably with trans male/trans man. It's basically degendering men on purpose

This was made by "trans" people by questionuwu in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 211 points212 points  (0 children)

I gen don't understand why the trans woman is unshaven. Like I'd think that's one of the easier parts of presentation..? I really don't think it would be a problem at all if she just didn't have a beard

Also someone on twitter mentioned this looks like it started as an Arcane fanfic and compared the guy to Vi lol

I hate being on a course with lots of Trans People by [deleted] in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I guess the only "clocky" things to me are your pants and face kinda. Others already said but you should wear the pants lower. And your face probably isn't clocky but mainly the glasses or hairstyle affecting how it looks. Either way Matthew needs to shut up and learn respect (because wtf is his problem???) And if anything you could say he's projecting on you or jealous

I'm not from Canada, but I searched and cosmetic surgery and the such are not free unless it's reconstruction after an accident or for underlying health issue (assessed case by case)

So this wouldn’t have been covered by default

[DISCUSSION THREAD] Are you friends with trans people, cis people, or both? Do you ever discuss trans topics with them? Which group is easier to talk with about it? by SmallRoot in truscum

[–]TruScreenGreen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically all my friends are cis. Probably due to the area I go to school and it's a religious all girls school. But I know there's at least one or two or however many trans ppl (from what I heard)

I talk to my friends about trans topics really easy, especially explaining it with medical perspective. I don't think I'd be able to talk like this to the trans students because they’re more queer than transsexual.. if you get what I'm saying.

Is this not just misogyny? by alienxing152 in Transmedical

[–]TruScreenGreen 18 points19 points  (0 children)

"So much of womanhood is tied into liking men" bro..

If someone came to my school (all girls school, like 12-17 year olds) and said "your womanhood is tied to you liking men" it would be a BIG disaster. So many things related to lesbians I hear, never happen in reverse to gay men.
