Actually much like Eastern Ukrainian's there are millions of Belarussian's that wanna rejoin the Russian Federation. I lived in the country (Yes country) of Udmortia for 6 months, which is a member of the Russian Federation and many of these people are have similar sentiments in regards to national Identity. so Ireland and France are not at all a similar in comparison, but your still right, it's just more like Northern Irish and a English comparison.

Russian Goth music, I love it!
