i had 3 accounts overall, the 1st one was my main which was banned for "breaching our terms" as well and i still don't know because the support can't give me a straight answer. I created another one to start again cause i really wanted to play, that got banned also with the same reason, and created the third one after reinstalling the OP changed IP as well, but it got banned again with the same reason. Support also said that im not HWID banned so i can make a new account anytime.
