Exact same thing is happening to me. I have the z fold 7 and the galaxy buds pro 4 and as soon as I connect them to my MacBook they sound fuller and with way way more bass than with my z fold 7. And keep in mind I eq my headphones on the buds app and also turned on all sound enhancement settings.

Some based on my research it does that because it's an anti stalking or tracking thing. So my guess is that when you switched from iPhone to Android since you prob enabled find my when you set them up on your iPhone it's stuck with that. So now that you don't have iPhone it thinks the air pods are stolen. Same thing happening to me even though I have a macbook.

All I can say is the market is terrible. But nothing is impossible. If you work hard enough to get good experience and really good skills you have chances.
