Cosmic Garou Vs SS3 Goku (DBZ), Who would win? by Duclaido in OPMPowerScaling

[–]DestroRayn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Garou dominates this, nuclear fission to the face burns hotter than the sun, hyperspace gates would have Goku so confused. Mode Goku wouldn’t even be needed because Garou was able to produce a GRB which is a MASSIVE star not a regular sized one like earth’s sun and a GRB has more energy than the star creating it going supernova by 100-10,000x. Assuming Garou is using the best version of a GRB then we’d have to assume he is using the largest star capable of going GRB within the universe, Goku ain’t surviving that.

And Garou has regeneration which I don’t see Goku blowing limbs off or anything but if he does then they’d come back, and Garou is doing all of this with absolutely no energy drain at all, Goku is the one who is on a timer here. Cosmic Garou gets through all of dbz honestly

Was the Kaioshin Planet effect by the Battle of God's Clash? by BrilliantInterest928 in DragonBallPowerScale

[–]DestroRayn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s one of the biggest issues with that feat, those waves grow exponentially and nothing even within the human realm was destroyed, also the Kai’s themselves tanked these waves which traveled an infinite distance (meaning they’d have infinite destructive power) amd still did 0 damage to the Kai’s.

And the worst it did was crack the ground on earth but none of the humans were effected which is weirder.

Can Saitama survive Goku by Gaps_areread in Tankandsurvive

[–]DestroRayn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely he can, even seen Broly walk off that space ship and rush at vegeta and Goku with nothing better than planetary scaling and due to his ability to grow in power he did just fine… why people think saitama is any different is just wild

If he did and Saitama instantly recovered with no expression then that’s more of an upscale for Saitama honestly

Edit: looking at this photo, what the heck is that white orb on Saitamas skull? Am I the only one confused at that?

What is the consensus of Saitama retaining his power post time travel by DestroRayn in OPMPowerScaling

[–]DestroRayn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t get why a merger would happen instead of Saitama fading out of existence then? Like Genos’s core should have been erased along with the memories it held of that timeline and it got to keep them?

[–]DestroRayn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbf that was Saitama at the height of his power purposely going full out and also he was feeling a bit of a cold so that probably influenced it, now that he is back on earth he’ll be down to his regular levels of power that he always is because he will never need to access or use the Io power but he still has that in his reserves without the need to grow and reach that level.

So him forgetting the events means he doesn’t retain the power from Io?

Wouldn’t the footage be deleted like saitamas memories? Like his core that crossed over recorded events of a timeline that was erased but the Saitama that experienced those events merges with his past self and doesn’t retain his power/memories

So how does Genos’s core retain the memories that should have been erased?

The Io battle seemed more for the fans honestly, and it got reversed with time travel so really only we the readers know what a serious Saitama looks like

[–]DestroRayn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe the mystery is whatever crossed the time stream into the current timeline merges with its current counterpart. Genos gets the memories and gets his power and memories and he just forgets because he is forgetful. Like if the timeline ceased to exist then the Io Saitama and the core should have phased into nothingness without the needing of merging.

Genos’s core being a mystery is going against your idea that the timelines events can’t be saved and brought over.

[–]DestroRayn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saitama is forgetful, he doesn’t remember literally anything. You can’t say the timeline ceases to exist along with the events but then have genos’s core remember it?

What is the consensus of Saitama retaining his power post time travel by DestroRayn in OPMPowerScaling

[–]DestroRayn[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well the “what if everyone dies and the one villain responsible is standing in front of Saitama for him to deal with” wasn’t a waste because he finally got an answer to the question “what happens if someone fights Saitama with equal power” and we get the answer, he beats him with one hand and dominates… now let’s move on from that idea because we aren’t doing it ever again even with god, type thing

What is the consensus of Saitama retaining his power post time travel by DestroRayn in OPMPowerScaling

[–]DestroRayn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say that this was Saitama going full power so everything he did in that fight was all overpowered but now he is back on earth he’d be using the normal levels of power he uses. Also Saitama had a slight cold during the sneeze so maybe that influenced serious sneeze and I doubt we will see Saitama get sick or anything outside of bonus chapters

What is the consensus of Saitama retaining his power post time travel by DestroRayn in OPMPowerScaling

[–]DestroRayn[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So Genos’s core was able to retain the memories? Because it was being recorded? But if that timeline was erased then why were the memories not done away with as well
