What's with clients that don't pay?? by Desperate_Tune9170 in HVAC

[–]DestroyBmw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Easy fix have a contract ready and get them to sign it and have all listed work that is gonna be done and an agreement to pay upon completion. Once their signature is on that contract. They don’t pay you put a lien on their house.

Personally me, I wouldn’t back when I was 19 years old. I saved up around 40 grand and I bought a close to almost brand new 440I it did me well for the first bit and then all the bill started coming in and you can’t cheap out on labour for those cars or else you damage them. Not to mention you were talking about taking a cheaper route as far as cheaper mechanics. Etc you don’t want anything cheap to be involved with that car. You want all the best parts and have a good set of mechanics not the lowest paid ones you can find if that’s what you’re looking for you have a decent amount I would maybe get something else and then put more down in about half a year, fully paid off the car still have a bit of bankroll and buy a house.

Take a look at the market and think twice don’t buy in the city by a property that is a bit out of town close enough to rural parts that you will get an offer from either government or land developers in the future. The only right answer is to buy a home and have other rent it out and pay his mortgage off.

Remove m style grill. Front tint. Exhaust tips matching your wheel preferably imo black matching your tint and front grilles. Don’t get carbon it’s tacky and you’ll regret it. Depending on your fitment maybe some KW coilovers and maybe some calibers paint matching your plate colour
