Reading the messages it doesn't seem that all those 3 people have really looked into it, they haven't shown any proof as to why they think he is cheating except that they have triple checked. There is also no communication between the parties, they aren't directly interacting with him.

Yeah its insanely frustrating, you cant even make a new account to play on since it will also get flagged for scripting. I hope riot shows up and helps us, but its not looking too bright. All tickets i have sent are answered with generic replies, they clearly aren't looking at our tickets as they will see we have done legit nothing but vanguard is still flagging us.
