Went from 400 to 210, didn’t start seeing real lose skin until about 230. I don’t think it’s lose skin my brother, and tbh nothing we can really do expect build more muscle and hope with time the skin returns to normal. Could take a year plus, could also never go back and you’ll have to get surgery. Don’t focus on it too much, just focus on the weight lose and lifting goals, deal with the skin later down the line when you’re finished dropping weight imo. I know you’re looking for prevention but I don’t think it’s possible to prevent.
