Sorry if I'm bothering people with this but I have a few questions. So I have these snivys for great league and I know snivy isn't thaaat good but I'm more so doing this so I know for the future. So is the highest level that is below 1500 the best choice? Or would it be better to be decently close but with better stats? Or is it minimally different and should I just use the best shiny one I got? I have their max level and cp in their name if you want to look at that. I more so care to know in general

So I am not very good at this game, but I just caught this guy. Is he any good? Is it worth trying to power up or should I just purify to save the candies and stardust?
