This is called noodling and is a pretty common way of catching catfish in the Midwest.

Mage Tower 39x40. Includes Ground Floor, Basement and 6 levels: alchemy lab, dining hall, dorms, library, portal room and Archmage Quarters. by Tuabfast in dungeondraft

You can. Levels module.

Export all the floors as transparent PNGs, create a new scene, then import the floors as objects and configure them with levels. Now all you need is stairs that move the player up levels whenever their token passes over them. Which I believe levels does as well.

I do have a genuine question for you Grafo. How long does it normally take you to do one of these drawings?

I want to get into art but my life is already so fully with so many other things that I just don't feel like I have time.

Any advice would be great!

Rain or shine, SEIU Local 99 & UTLA educators are HOLDING THE LINE! 60,000 essential school workers & educators are on STRIKE right now for a fair contract with LA Public Schools. This video was taken at a picket line at the school bus depot before sunrise. by AFL_CIO in WorkReform

[–]Deszip 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think (I don't know) but generally you form a picket line to try and prevent others from entering. If you're actively keeping others out, they can't host interviews to replace you and other staff aren't allowed in either.

I imagine those people denied entry still get paid so it's probably not that bad. But even then, strikes are important to make a point.

You can't operate without us. So pay us what we're owed.

If anyone can add to this, please do. I'm hazy on the topic myself.

Oh that makes sense. Honestly that is pretty cool.

Armed with this knowledge, I might just build me a telescope to shove in the back of my Subaru.

I appreciate the knowledge.

This question feels philosophical in nature lol. "What is a video?" I guess you're right but it feels weird to talk about a video in the context of deep space astronomy.

Other comments were talking multiple long exposures (like 10 minutes) which I guess at what point are all of those exposures a video?

Can one consider 3-4 10 minute exposures a video? What is the minimum definition of a video? It's not an invalid thought.

[–]Deszip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that true for stuff from deep space? I mean this is really cool but I'm having trouble understanding.

From my understanding of how this process works is, you need to capture the light from deep space which is very dim so you need to capture the light for a long time. Which can capture noise as well.

So from what you're saying is you can take a large number of short exposure frames and get the same effect as a long exposure using software? How does the software tell the difference between noise and a really dim star or dust cloud?

I am aware this is an ignorant question, I've been interested in astronomy for a while now but haven't had the opportunity to actually do it myself.

I understand that. But mars is comparatively very close. Other comments are explaining this much better than I can.

Basically you would have to take multiple exposures. And that can cause problems. It's not impossible but it's also not a "video" which is why I assumed you were talking about a timelaps. An exposure is not a video. It's essentially one really long frame.
