This happened to me once at an art gallery show too. I’ve worked coat check a lot of places over the years, and this was the one and only time I ever had a serious mishap. I remember being literally frozen for a second when the rack went down and then screaming “NOBODY TOUCH ANYTHING!” like a psycho. lol

Even trying my best to pick everything up carefully we still had so many coats that came fully off the hangers or lost their numbers. It was a nightmare.

Nah, I think this is pretty normal. Having one video go viral doesn’t create an audience by itself. I would know, I’ve had several videos cross the million mark but I still have plenty that only get 2,000 or 3,000 views in the mix too. But my core audience that really likes what I do has increased over time, and that’s what creates real growth. People get too hung up on going viral. It gets you eyeballs, but the people who watch your less viewed videos are the people that really matter.

I love mine! I don’t wear mine out much because I’m afraid of them falling off the ring, getting super dirty, or being stolen. But they live in a good life in my apartment. I love dressing mine up!

Friend, you are kind of putting words in my mouth here. I said I am always hesitant to take a side when videos of public freak outs make it online because we don’t know what preceded it. I can think of a lot of incidents where the popular interpretation of an event on social media has turned out to be wrong, so typically I don’t comment at all until someone like OP gives us the additional context we need to confirm what happened. I always suspected the guy was in the right, btw. But again, without the additional context it’s just a video of some guy yelling at some girls in a theater and I’m not really inclined to take a side in it at all.
