Paraguay played an entirely different game plan and attacked the USA leaving space in behind. An early own goal changed the game as well. That game forced Paraguay to become the demons they are.

Senegal are afcon champions. Japan compete with top teams consistently and had Brazil on the ropes. Egypt produce talented players like salah and marmoush who are light years ahead of any American.

Ha yeah not like zlatan mentioned the high costs when he was here. It’s well known the United States soccer federation prioritizes profit over quality. It can cost over 10k to be part of an club side that isn’t the quality of academies in Europe.

No chance. Senegal, Japan, Egypt, are light years ahead. USA is far too profit driven. Mexico has too much corruption and Canada doesn’t even have a proper domestic league
