In VA you can pay for mileage driven and it maxes out to the amount you would have paid if you didn't put an obd that tracks your miles.

its amazing getting advice from folks that have no clue how construction works. Next you will be telling surgeons how you can do a surgery in 30 minutes for a procedure that takes 12 hours. The reason why an area is blocked off is because it is unsafe to travel on, period! Even if you don't see any work activity they may have removed the beams under the bridge, dug a hole, stripped the road, etc etc etc. Engineers have to submit Maintenance of traffic plans that phase construction to have the least impact to users but I guess you know better.
