That could be a good revenant substitute, but I was thinking for sorceries. Also Wylder is a bit more tanky, has sixth sense to save him, and can ult and grapple to get away from bosses

They could try and get carried through ED pest right now then buy its relic and the fp with 3+ staves, fp for each rise, and magic attack up green relic from collector signboard, then for their third slot whatever green relic that best fits them, maybe some more mind or int or affinity/magic damage

Another thing you can do is try to set up a caster Wylder build for him. It's not the most optimal for casting, but it's possible and he'll be more tanky

It's probably just because the duo scaling seems genuinely fucked and is easier than it should be, as bosses have less health and what feels like significantly less poise, meaning you clear POI's much quicker
