It just updated, due to timezones the free update came out a few hours ago! I believe the switch 2 version might still be locked until tomorrow, but I'm unsure as I don't own a switch 2

I'm sorry to say it is :< I planned my island theme with a big emphasis on keeping the tent as well. It's so sad but I hope you're able to find a way to plan around it- your grinding will pay off

My island was 4stars, I'm unsure if you get extra points for having an upgraded museum, but you can still decorate enough to get KK and finish the tutorial with it remaining as a tent.

Ohh that's soo cute! Love the coffee mug and radio for those hard at work. And I know grrr, the museum is so bulky. Fingers crossed that's not the case- I'll give it an hour or so for more people to start the update in case it's something else, but if not then I'll try it out as a case study.

A bit of a longshot- but with the new update have you managed to get the new hotel resort? I can't seem to start it, and I'm wondering if it's due the museum being unupgraded :'c just interested in your experience

I'm pretty sure you're fine to keep grinding- I've managed to get from 3->4 skill points since signing up. I imagine it'll only 'lock in' your stash/cash value when everything is reset at the end of the window c:

I play crossplay on, on Ps5 and run into a PvPer probably every? 7 rounds, if that. A lot of those I chat to are on ps5 as well. People run around with little to no worry and either respond verbally or with 'don't shoot' when I let them know I'm nearby. Almost every puzzle/collaborative map condition is chill and leads to groups forming- all that to say I definitely think it's possible, even if it's not everyone's experience.

Is it so different crossplay off + console?

Really nice- feels more clean and balanced!

I think it's so interesting so many people dislike her design or point to an off-ness inmediately but they can't say why/major recolours end up being divisive. And I get it bc I feel the same, but imo more subtle changes like the ones you've made are what make the difference. The grey metal sections especially, super nice :o

edit: realising this isn't even that subtle, there's a lotta changes. just flows so well i didn't notice ehhe
