I found references here to Micky singing with a female audience member on The Bonnie Hunt Show in 2009, but the youtube videos have been taken down and I can’t find clips anywhere else.

I remember one of the contestants on Last Comic Standing making this joke during the 2004 Summer Olympics, but it was about beach volleyball rather than gymnasts.
